The value for money at this hotel was great, with a spacious room, comfy beds, and excellent amenities. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants.

The breakfast offerings could be improved, particularly the warm food like Pad Thai and Fried Rice which were always served cold.

We got a free upgrade and a very large room with a great bathroom and direct access to the small pool. Every day we received a new beach towel and a free drink (water), which made us very happy.

The breakfast buffet should be a bit richer and the mattress was a bit hard for my taste.

The pool is good, right in front of the terrace.

Terrace is very very small.

The rooms were lovely with a free upgrade to a poolside room. The location was perfect for the beach and nightlife. The staff were very helpful and there was late checkout for us with the baby. Good air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Some staff not able to communicate clearly because of language differences. Unable to change airconditioning temp - seemed to be set the same for every room every day. Had to request every day that it be changed. Light globe in room blew first day and I requested new globe, this was not done by 4th day when I left. Booked a tour and was told by staff member it would return at 2-3pm - tour returned after 5pm. Did not like not having a balcony one could sit on. Did like room facing directly into someone eles room. No space/hooks to hang pool/beach towel. Lack of facilities at hotel i.e. lounge room, dining room, sun room. gym

Spotless, modern room with poolside entry. Large, beautiful bathrooms with thoughtful amenities. Great location near markets and beach. Extended stay because we loved it. Staff kind and welcoming. Rooftop pool with nice scenery. Free upgrade. Fair price.

The hotel has a tranquil wrap-around pool, a rooftop pool with great views, and a varied breakfast buffet. How enchanting and luxurious! The lobby is so fancy with its Moroccan-style lanterns.

Mosquitoes and flies in the room, typical right? So annoying.

I loved the hotel facilities, including the two pools , and the option to use the pool at the nearby hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely bathroom and shower. The location, away from the seafront and closer to the quieter of the two beaches, was perfect for me. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing two bottles of water per day, beach towels, and a beach bag with a mat to use during my stay.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

our recent stay in krabi was truly relaxing, and Navinda Krabi - Sha plus exceeded our expectations. we were thrilled to receive a free upgrade to a poolside room and enjoyed swimming in the pool right outside our balcony. the staff were helpful and the location was perfect for the beach and nightlife. the late checkout option was a bonus, giving us more time to get organized.

We had a pleasant stay in this modern hotel. The staff were welcoming and efficient throughout our stay. The location was great, a short walk from the pier and close to various shops and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool with a stunning city view and well-maintained facilities. The breakfast offered a wide selection of dishes and freshly-cooked meals.

Although the hotel provided a beach bag and mat, we found the rooms a bit small. There was also a lack of storage space for our belongings.
